Mad Cow Theatre Announces Auditions for Season 19!

 

MAD COW THEATRE is celebrating its upcoming 19th season propelled by those two most basic building blocks of theatre - honest, passionate acting and powerful, dynamic language. We are committed to maintaining a company whose work is a celebration of life, in the belief that the Theatre is a profound and joyous experience for all that partake. MAD COW THEATRE is holding general auditions for its upcoming 19th season.

Outside Mullingar by John Patrick Shanley, Directed by Aradhana Tiwari

Long Day’s Journey Into Night by Eugene O’Neill, Directed by Mark Edward Smith

The Brothers Size by Tarell Alvin McCraney, Director TBA

The Big Meal by Dan LeFranc, Directed by Aradhana Tiwari

Buyer & Cellar by Jonathan Tolins, Directed by Philip Nolen

 

Mad Cow Theatre is seeking professional actors with strong dramatic and comedic skills for season 19 productions. Auditioners should prepare two contrasting 1-minute monologues and bring a picture and resume. Monologues should be from published work only. Auditions will be scheduled by appointment only on the following dates:

 

Saturday March 28: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday, March 29: 9:00am – 3:30pm

Tuesday, March 31: 6:00pm – 10:00pm

 

Mad Cow Theatre is seeking professional child actors with strong dramatic and comedic skills for season 19 productions: The Secret Garden and The Big Meal. Auditioners should prepare 1 monologue, a song they enjoy and bring a picture and resume. Auditions will be scheduled by appointment only on the following date:

 

Sunday, March 29: 3:30pm – 5:00pm

 

Mad Cow Theatre is seeking professional singers/actors/dancers for The Secret Garden. Auditioners should prepare 32 bars from 2 contrasting musical theatre songs (one song in the style of the show) and bring a picture and resume. Auditions will be scheduled by appointment only on the following date:

 

Saturday, June 6: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday, June 7: 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Mad Cow holds open season auditions each spring and summer for the coming season.  Periodic auditions, as needed, occur during the year.
