MAD COW THEATRE is celebrating its upcoming 21th season propelled by those two most basic building blocks of theatre - honest, passionate acting and powerful, dynamic language.  We are committed to maintaining a company whose work is a celebration of life, in the belief that the Theatre is a profound and joyous experience for all that partake. MAD COW THEATRE is holding general auditions for its upcoming 21th season.

Big River Audition Information
 
Mad Cow Theatre is seeking professional, ethnically diverse actor/singers for Big River, most of whom will play multiple roles. Especially interested in those with instrumental ability as well - guitar, banjo, fiddle, harmonica, mouth harp, spoons, etc. All roles available.  

Please prepare two contrasting 32-bar cuts of your choice and bring a headshot and resume.   An accompanist will be provided, no CDs or lead sheets please.   
 
Auditions will be scheduled by appointment only on the following date:
 
Sunday, June 4: 10:00AM - 1:00PM
Monday, June 5: 5:00PM - 9:00PM

 
Artists should make themselves available for callbacks to be fully considered for casting.
Callbacks for Big River will be held on the following dates, by invitation:
 
Sunday, June 18: 6:00PM - 9:00PM
Monday, June 19: 7:00PM - 10:00PM

General Auditions
 
Mad Cow Theatre is seeking professional actors with strong dramatic and comedic skills for season 21 productions. Auditioners should prepare TWO contrasting 1-minute monologues. Monologues should be from published work only. Please bring ONE headshot and resume.

Auditions will be scheduled by appointment only on the following dates:
 
Wednesday, June 14: 7PM – 9PM
Thursday, June 15: 2PM – 5PM
Friday, June 16: 2PM – 5PM
Saturday, June 17: 10AM – 3PM
Tuesday, June 20: 7PM – 10PM
Saturday, June 24: 11AM - 2PM
Sunday, June 25: 6PM - 8PM
Monday, June 26: 7PM - 9PM
