This workshop will focus on physical, vocal, and emotional awareness to empower young women to command attention, respect and confidence in stressful situations. Three professional women will teach rotating workshops using theatre techniques to help young women make their voices be heard! Age group: Young Women, 7-12 grade 
Cynthia Beckert: PHYSICAL AWARENESS: structured physical exercises to find your power in a space large and small
Lauren O’Quinn: VOCAL AWARENESS: finding the power in your voice to confidently express yourself and state who you are. Tips on vocal modulation and inflection, Meisner technique 
Monica Long Tamborello: EMOTIONAL AWARENESS: using role playing techniques, Stanislavski objectives and active verbs to get at the core of what we want and how to express what we want as young women in productive ways, explore how to connect with the other people in the room, “I See You” exercises
